We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects. Fields marked with an asterisk in the form are required in order to reply to you.

3. Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties, except where required by law. Our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger, with servers in the European Union) and, where applicable, our tax and accounting advisers have access as data processors, under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.

Visit statistics. We measure visits to the website with Matomo on our own EU server, without cookies and with the IP address anonymised, based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in aggregated form. You can object by rejecting analytics under “Cookie settings”. More information in the cookie policy.

Newsletter. The subscriber list and the sending of the newsletter are managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as data processor, with servers in the European Union. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

4. International transfers

No transfers are made outside the European Economic Area. The website's fonts are served from Google Fonts, which receives the browser's IP address in order to deliver them; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ia@tivoxsolutions.com or by post to the address above, with appropriate proof of identity. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to mailboxes and backups. The form does not store data on the web server: it is sent by email to the TIVOX mailbox.

7. Minors

This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
