8 cameras, a single control station: every case checked before it is closed
At a dairy plant, the last chance to see what goes into each case is just before the wrap-around case packer closes it. That is where we installed 8 overhead cameras that check that all the packs are of the same type, have a cap and carry a code.

What is checked
Three things on every pack, from above
The cameras are mounted directly above the area where the wrap-around cardboard case is formed, before closing. From there they see the top of all the packs in the case at once.
- All packs are identical, of the same type: no pack from another reference slips in
- All of them have a cap
- All of them carry a code

The 8 HIKROBOT SC3000 smart cameras are centralised in a single control station and managed by 2 TIVOX Sentinel licences. The plant team sees all the cameras, the rejects and the counters from one place, without going from camera to camera.
